Job Responsibilities:
** Coordinate the daily processing of information from banks and brokers with clients and our operations team in India
** Gather processing specifications and customization requirements from clients
** Perform quality checks on processing, customization, troubleshoot issues as they arise
** Train staff remotely and onsite in India on the use of Axys, Report Writer Pro and other applications in processing daily transactions, reconciling positions, updating performance
** Analyze, propose changes and automate processes where applicable
Qualifications:
** 2+ years experience with Axys required
** A solid understanding of securities and investments
** Back office operations experience preferred
