Responsibilities:
* Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable process and provide high quality service to the client
* Maintain the general ledger activities in a high volume environment
* Interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams on a daily basis, especially the Campus Managers, Project Managers, Finance staff and vendors
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum of 5+ years experience in real estate finance / accounting
* Knowledge of the project approval process
