Administrative Assistant - Los Angeles (available in:
Downtown LA)

Primary responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Assist busy team of 3-5 Bankers
- Heavy travel
- Maintain calendars
- Expenses
- Back up support to other teams
- Busy phones
- General office duties, including correspondence, filing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High energy and positive attitude
- Previous banking, financial or investment banking experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience supporting high level executives
- Punctuality and strong work ethic a must!
