With handling the process from end-to-end, there is no risk of a property being neglected in the "hand-off" between providers. From the minute a property is assigned to them, it is entered into their system. It is then tracked through every phase, from pre-foreclosure to closing, and monitored according to established time parameters for each phase. They have divided the entire REO management and marketing process into statuses and the sub-category steps comprising each status. This result in the identification of each segment required to move an asset quickly and efficiently through the management and marketing process to shorten cycle times. Each step of the process is defined by its function and performance criteria. There is a corresponding step report, which identifies the number of days each asset has been in that step, as well as the information required to efficiently move the property forward to the next step.
